ConectaTE

Soy canal entre el cielo y la tierra. A channel between sky and earth. ConectaTE is a delicate, floral, gently enveloping blend, a cup for stillness, reading, or a quiet evening.

In SanarTEsana’s system it leans toward the crown, toward stillness and presence. Yoali blends it to be soft and unhurried.

In the blend

• Toronjil (Agastache mexicana)
• Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla)
• Magnolia (Magnolia mexicana)
• Linden (Tilia mexicana)
• Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)

How to brew

One tablespoon per cup. Pour over 250 ml of water just off the boil. Steep 5 minutes, then strain. Good in the evening, hot or cold.

Sizes

Loose leaf. The glass jar makes about 27 cups; the tube about 7 cups. Caffeine free. Grown without pesticides in Tlayacapan, Morelos.
