To make a hot chocolate:

• Add 1 cup of water and 1 piece of chocolate to a pot.
• Heat up at a medium-low heat without letting it boil.
• Wisk as the temperature rises to dissolve the chocolate.
• Add honey/sugar/maple syrup to taste.
• Enjoy!
